Cancellation terms
- 50% penalty, up to 24 hours before departure, via email.
- No refund after this deadline.
- Trip change (date only) up to 24 hours before departure, via email, with a €5.00 penalty per ticket. No trip change after this deadline.
- Booking/ticket replacement for route, date or stop changes up to 48 hours before departure, via email, with a €5.00 penalty. No replacement after this deadline.
- One piece of luggage per person is included in the price. Upon prior notice, additional luggage may be carried at €10.00 each.
Luggage
Luggage is transported entirely at the traveler's own risk. The Company assumes no liability for loss or theft of luggage. Flammable, harmful or otherwise dangerous substances are forbidden. The management declines any liability for delays caused by force majeure.
Stops
During the trip, in compliance with driving and rest times for drivers, stops of variable duration (min. 15 min / max 45 min) will be made depending on needs, traffic conditions and at the driver's discretion in compliance with EC Reg. 561/06. This may result in changes to the arrival time due to longer stops, providing greater comfort and relaxation for passengers.
Child discount
- From 0 to 2 years old: free.
- Up to 12 years old: 20% discount.
Animals
No animals are allowed on board.
Unaccompanied minors
The management declines any liability for unaccompanied minors. For minors (14-18 years) travelling alone, a written authorization from parents or guardians is required and must be attached to the ticket.
